I refer to links about how to exercise this part of the brain. Some examples of exercises include juggling, moving your gaze across your centre, and balancing activities. Basically, anything that allows you to switch your motor movements continuously. The effect of the Paraliminals exercise maybe an auditory version of this technique. Perhaps tapping the meridians affects similar areas of the mind, but in different yet subtle ways, that are as yet unknown from an objective standpoint.
