Quiting drinking for me was a really excellent move. The best way for me to become who I wanted to be was to stop confusing the issue of who I was with alcohol and other such distractions. Best of luck to you and don't forget that your body and mind will take some time to begin enjoying those activities that were more fun with a buzz, but you will get there. It took me about a year before I stopped feeling like something was missing.

My favorite line when offered a drink is "No thanks, I had my share earlier"
