Right now my current favorite type of exercise is deadlift. I just started a new workout program that takes a couple of minutes a day. I've been blogging about it and will be writing about my diet to. It's Like a three month trial to see how strong I get without necessarily getting bigger.

Beyond that everything is good Just get out in the fresh air and move. Though I must say I also love Turkish get-ups.
