5:30am Alarm goes off. I wake up, usually stay in bed for extra 20 minutes to put son back to sleep (he is 1 and a half)
6am Meditate for 10 minutes. Do my yoga routine. Read yoga philosophy or Abraham or any other spiritual teaching. Alternatively, yoga class at the gym.
7am Son wakes up and I hang out with him for a while. Shower. Get myself dressed. Get him dressed. Make breakfast. Usually takes a while to get him to eat it. I guess he is just not a breakfast person.
8am Work on some projects. Really, I can maybe fit in about two hours of these. Sometimes, I wish I had a place to go do them, cause son tends to hang around with me, which can be distracting.
12pm Lunch and nap time for son. Nap for me on most days, about half an hour.
1pm An hour of free time for me. Draw or write.
3pm - Depending on the day, I go for a walk, exercise or volunteer (a couple of times a week)
6pm - Dinner, which includes cooking and cleaning up
7pm - Class three times a week or study if I'm at home. Reading and listening to radio. Internet.
8pm - Cleaning up
9pm - Son goes to sleep. Sometimes, he doesn't until later. On the days that he does, I try to do something relaxing such as meditate or do relaxing yoga. And sometimes I'm on the Internet, like right now
10-11pm Off to bed!
