Basically, you sit or lie comfortably, close your eyes and breathe. Try to just focus on your breath and think of nothing much else. I personally have created a slight variation, where I turn it into a color meditation (chakra colors work well), because that is easier for me to focus on than my breath.
The idea is, though, to stop thinking about whatever thing you want and/or don't have, so you stop resisting it and it can come into your life.
And they say it just takes 10-15 minutes a day, to counteract the resistance we offer throughout the day (though the less we offer the better of course).
Once I found that out, I figured, what a deal, and I immediately started meditating. And things started changing! | Thanks! I like the idea of a color meditation, I'm anxious to try it.
