Hey guys, so last night I think I finally induced myself into Astral Projection. I woke up early this morning and quickly went back to bed telling myself try to be Lucid during my dreams. suddenly I felt like I was Vibrating kinda like being in a earthquake , I was scared and tried to wake up and scream but I couldn't and the vibrations continued. While I tried to scream I could feel the disconnection between my body and mind. Of course during this time I am scared and aware what's happening. So I try to return to my body and I couldn't for what felt like forever, is there any suggestions why I couldn't return to my body immediately?
