hmmm...i dunno...
if your basic premise is that loa is a law and that it is working all the time whether you believe in it or not, then what does it matter where on the scale of 'belief' you fall? the only effect that non-belief would have is in your ability to consciously control your 'attractions'. and although that would certainly make a difference as to how your circumstances are affected, it doesn't effect the validity of the 'law'.
(and would somebody PLEASE explain the difference to me between 'effect' and 'affect'! i seem to have a mental block there...
)
