The difference is that Newtonian Laws can be verified and do actually exist. Unlike the law of attraction (or at least the more outrageous aspects of it).

For example: Gravity is a fact and can be verified. I just need to let something fall out of my hand to prove it. Here on Earth it will ALWAYS fall down. Hence I do not need to believe in gravity to experience it.

Now let's take the 'law' of attraction. Sometimes it seems to work, often it doesn't. That's not a law! That's a concept. What kind of physical law only works when you believe in it??

Anyone who doesn't see the difference between these two examples has to be delusional.
