I didn't drink any beer for 30 days. Actually, it was more like 38-40ish.
The only changes that I noticed were that I did not sleep as well, but I think that that was unrelated to my not having a beer two or three times a week.
I also didn't run for 30 days or so. But that wasn't a 30 day test; that was something I built into my annual training plan.
