Hmmmmm -- might've been Voyage. It was such a long time ago. Focus 3 and Focus 10 . . . I keep thinking we dabbled just a bit in Focus 14. The tapes I have from that program are 3 and 10, which are called Discovery. Then I have one called Gateway which is Open Exercise . . . that's really good. It's very long and you can get really lost in it. Then I have one labeled Short Journeys called Scanning The Band.
I have a few from the Mind Food series also which I particularly like.
Chris is right about the residential program with the group dynamics. It's fascinating.
