I would go for one of the double-story penthouses at the top, which have big roof terraces where you can do a BBQ, keep a dog or have a roof garden.

There are two shared swimming pools (one for kids, and one adult pool) and a gym and a playground ...

Main motivation for wanting to move is to get closer to the school which I plan to send my daughter to, in the future. In my country, there is a school registration which gives priority to kids who live near the school. For the good schools, it's very difficult to get in, unless you live near the school.
