Hi everyone,
I am starting a challenge for myself to create an awareness of healthy lifestyle. This is going to be short and simple.
1. A 16 weeks challenge in quest of 6 pack abs. I am currently in week 12, which is 4 more weeks (around 30 days) to see my results.
2. 30 days without foods like pasta, noodles, cereals or bread. Basically it is a whole food approach instead of processed food.
3. 30 days replacing breakfast with juice. Juice would contain a mixture of vegetables and fruits. I do not want to dive right in to 100% juice feasting or whole raw food diet so this is a baby step for me.
These are the challenges that I set for myself. I started the challenge yesterday and today is the second day of my challenge. Wish me luck!
