Day 5
Today's exercise will span one full workday. While I'm in my office, I will keep a pen & notebook handy. Every time I catch myself thinking a negative thought, I will guide it in a positive direction, by writing out more-positive thoughts on the same subject matter. Those who have read the Abraham Hicks books will know what I mean.
I will end this exercise at the end of my workday, or after I fill up two A4 pages with positive thoughts, whichever is sooner.
