If I remember right, it was 7 days - and I did come away with some really interesting experiences. I wouldn't say "deep insights," but I did have some distinct synchronicities, visions, and unintended telepathic experiences with group members.
Someday I want to make monroe-meditations a regular part of my daily routine... really deepen that because I'm convinced from my program that with a bit of attention, this stuff can be really really powerful. ('cause yeah, telepathy and prophecies aren't powerful enough...)
