I was reading a booklet from my mother's religion (they took it up about 5 years ago), Ba'hai. Very nice religion as they go. But in this booklet it had instructions on how to pray, from the founder of the religion (whose name confuses me, so I forget it). these instructions had about 5 steps and the steps are the steps of I-M as clearly expressed as ever I've seen them!
