Just to simplify things, don't worry about the "STUFF", as much fun as it is to think about.
Focus on your feelings. This is your built in guidance system. When you focus on course to your well-being you are feel good. When you focus on anything that is off course to your well being you feel bad.
Think of the things you are presently grateful for. Things you appreciate. Think of goodness, kindness, gentleness, generosity, compassion, tolerance, patience, love, joyfulness etc...All things soothing, and satisfying to the soul.
Like the movie said, "Energy flows where attention goes".
Choose to see the truth, Which is that there is more than enough of everything, for everybody. You will become immune to the virus of the lie, which is the mentality of lack. Don't worry about the How's, and just do and think, and notice those things that bring you joyfulness, and like the Bible teaches, "The rest will be added to you".
