hmmm, im supprised no one has tryed this before,
well i started with the first track "orientation" which introduces you to the hemisync program.
this to me after 5 days of using it seems to just relax you and get you used to the tones on the cd's, and bring you to the point or state of what they call focus 3.
I wouldnt actually call this a meditative state, just quite relaxed and comfitable , the track lasts about 30 mins,
anyway the last 2 days i have been using the next track introduction to focus 10.
this tends to put you into a lite trance like state where you let go of most or all of you bodily feeling, via guided relaxation techniques.
on the first day i was a little distracted by an urge to swallow every now and then, but managed by the end of the track to completely let go of my body, which was a very nice feeling and come the end of the track where you are counted back up to fully aware and conscious, i found i didnt want to come back lol and wanted it to last longer
But you are told before hand to resist this feeling and stick to the guidence
on my second immersion into focus 10 this morning, again for 30 mins wow! i sunk headlong into it, what a nice feeling this is

, but for about 3 hours afterwards i carried a certain amount of this blissfull feeling with me back to my conscious state.
which felt somewhat odd at first, being awake and concious but still retaining this peacefull still feeling in my mind.
you are told in the guide booklet that comes with the cd that there will be changes, so even though i new before hand, it still comes as a bit of a shock, or not shock but supprise, as i tend to take things like that with a pinch of salt.
there are 4 more track on the cd :
advanced focus 10
release and recharge
exploration, sleep
freeflow 10
if the intro to focus 10 is anything to go by, then i am now expecting changes to take place and much deeper levels of consciousness,
but i will stick to intro to focus 10 for a couple of weeks or how ever long it takes for me to induce this state without the use of the guided cd, as recommended in the booklet
At this point i will move onto advanced focus 10, and see where that takes me.
