Has anyone on this forum tried or had results with this system ?,
I have just this week started Wave 1, and am in my second day of introduction to focus 10.

Which does from my initial experimentation with it have the ability to induce quite rapid states of deeper consciousness.

I can normally drop myself into the state "introduction to focus 10" induces within 30 mins or so, but this system seems to induce it much more rapidly.

any experience with this ?
