I complained twice today. First one was when my bro called me something, I reacted quickly to it by saying something offensive to him. I became aware of what i did so I apologized to him and I reminded myself about my goal. Secondly, my mom was lecturing me and i felt heated up, and i said something defensive to protect my ego. Those were my only complaints for today and other than that I did a great job controlling myself.
