There are places where the buffer of time is less. The less-physical worlds for example -- etheric, astral, mental, causal, etc. The physical world is like silly putty, the etheric is like jello, the astral is like water, and the mental is like steam, and so on, depending on what names people give the different vibrational levels above the "material world".
