Well for instance, the economy ie prosperity. I intend a better work environment and abundance for myself. Yet the message we hear nowadays is fear, recession, great depression, if you allow yourself to "tap in" to the media, and start resonating with it, then you get fear and second-guessing.
So the permission is refusing to look at "what is" and saying in spite of appearances, I have more control over my destiny.
