Cutting back on over-eating can be easy
If you reduce your portions for ech meal by 10% the first day and then another 10% the following day and so forth, you'll give your body time to adjust so that you don't feel like it's a punishment.
After 30 days, you'll have cut back you portion to normal size.
If you really want to manage over-eating, make sure to eat slowly and also never eat on the run because your brain won't have time to register when you are full!
