I tried Stuart's method with a number of intentions and I can't say that I had much success, at least not more than with 'traditional' manifesting techniques. Would love to hear if anyone had better success with it.
Thanks for responding Arboretor..

Once after I purchased this course, I shared the technique with a friend who needed a job.. First she was to create a "story" describing her ideal job......I had her write her description of that ideal job daily - about 100 times a day-describing the type of job, the salary range, the hours, even the type of boss!

I had her set a date for it was to happen too. After much writing and then reworking the "story" a few times, at first it seemed like it wasn't going to happen, and I was thinking it doesn't work, time to try something else.

And just then a person she knew, a former boss of hers, knew someone else who was offering the EXACT type of job she described, almost the exact salary, the exact hours she wanted, and the booss was more than what she described- he was hardly ever there! (She wanted a flexible boss who who would be nice and wouldn't watch over shoulder as much). He talked the person offering the job, and he accepted her right away....

When I looked at the date from her story, it was about two days passed the date she set. So on one point a little skepticsm, the other point, it seem to have worked right before my eyes...

This was a few years ago... Since then I've learned a little more about the proccess based on that experience, and some other things I learned about the proccess...

-Make sure the goal you choose is believable by you.

- make sure the story generates a very joyful feeling each time you read it.

-write the story in present tense as if you are experincing right now

-eliminate or reword anything (words, sentences, phrases) from the story that makes you feel negative or doubtful.

- make sure the date you set isn't too far away, because your subconcious won't take a date too far off that seriously (example, wanting something by Sept. 2009 is too much.. Febuary 2009 and before is ok..) You have to test your resistance by going from date to date, and when the resistance drops, that's the date your mind feels comfortable with...

-When it doesn't work the first time, reword and rewrite the story- try freewriting, by just freely writing down your thoughts, negative or positive about the goal, and use that to help you recreate your story...

This may be what Stuart meant when he claims that 81% of the people he's shown succeeded on their first try ("seemling impossible goals"), and the other 19% who failed, suceeded later when they tried again after reworking it...

A quick update for the Ahh Meditation,

You should feel a joyful feeling swirling in at the bottom of your spine or groin, and then raise that feeling as energy up through your spine to your forehead, and then release that feeling and energy out your forehead, between the eyes... as you do that, say a long "Ahhhh" either mentaly or vocally... or you can start saying Ahhh as you raise the energy upward..

At the same time, imagine what you want to happen and in present tense..if you really want what you are imagining, then that should also bring a joyful feeling....

Supposedly, according to the Siddha tradition, Ahhh is the basic vibration of something when it comes into existence. According to them, it is supposed to be the sound of creation. So by chanting the sound, while imagining something, you can create things or manifest things.

I'm pretty skeptical of it, but some people have claimed to have actually manifested things with this...

Take care....
