It seems you don't care much for the green juices. I've heard those are extremely dense nutritionally. You also said they're not as calorically dense. When we're sick, we lose the urge to eat because our body is healing. Perhaps you should go a day on green juices to produce more stable blood sugar levels through fewer calories and perhaps a cleaner detox?
