its the melon. it happened to me a couple of times and i have never encountered 'allergy' like symptoms when i had melon as a kid. maybe all melons are GM these days...who knows. do you know the country of origin of your produce?
i suggest that you continue juice fasting sans melons of any kind and continue recording how you feel.
