thanks for your suggestions, they gave me a lot to think about
In the next week (November 10th to November 16th), I will do the following things:
- No overeating (= a feeling of pressure on the stomache)
- No sugary foods or drinks, and no salty foods (e.g. salted nuts). They reduce my mental energy and are addictive.
- Exercise 30 minutes every day
The goal is to experience again how good healthy eating patterns feel. I think that will provide me with the motivation to make lasting changes.
At the end of the 7 days, I will report in this thread about whether I succeeded.
