I have been to doctors and medical nutritionists, and I get nowhere. How would you say their advice differs from what my nutritionist told me?
And how practical is their advice? It's one thing to say "work out 1 hour/day every day" and it's another thing to simply not have the time to do it between work, work, school, family obligations, etc. Or to mandate eat ___ food when that food isn't available in my area this time of year.
