Sounds like you've adapted already, now you're just going to sleep off some of that sleep debt and raise your energy level.
I had some pretty bad tiredness today for a 4 hour window--kept closing eyes, dropping head etc, but the nap at 1pm took care of it and I felt 10/10 afterwards. I'm about at 7.5/10 right now, which isn't great, but tolerable. Tired eyes, strong desire to sleep, minor dizziness when closing eyes. It's been 60 hours since I overslept last. I haven't missed any naps since the first few after oversleeping. I'm falling alseep easily now. I'm using 2 alarms in different locations. I keep the lights on.
