Magical Chest » Does it take self-discipline to go raw?
I like how the post says that self-discipline is not the way to go. Self-discipline it seems to me is going against the flow of your desire. If you want to do something it's much better to convince every cell of your being of the importance/advantage of the undertaking so that it will promptly and with alacrity execute it.
