Looks like it has at least the pivot tables. That feature is called data pilots in OO, and in the OO help I found an entry "conditional calculations with arrays" but I don't know if that's what you're looking for. Personally I don't use spreadsheets so I don't know much about these things in general. If you want you can PM me and we can try to figure it out.
