 Workbook?
The book is pretty complete and provides tools for people to explore the path to change. One thing I do see other successful authors do is to create a workbook as a companion to the main book.
Creating a workbook would be relatively easy and would provide value to some readers. The workbook could even be bundled with the journal software and with templates already installed.
