i also do astral travel while in awake state but during meditation and it takes alot of concentration, as far as feeling something you will definately feel something, i astral traveled to another galaxy and was introduced to a plaedian and when he came towards me and gave me a hug i felt an overwelming surge of energy and love come from him, of course you have to be protected before doing this otherwise you will attract negative entities who are attracted to the light depending on how strong your auric field is, i however had archangel michael with me.
