I'll check out the whole GI index, but it seems that I eat foods mainly with a low GI index.

As for accutane, I have ruled that out simply because of all the negative side effects I have heard. It is just not worth the risk.

I will start drinking some more water though. I drink a fair amount, but not enough as I should be. I guess, I'll just continue eating healthly and see where it leads me...
