my daughter is 2 and she's vegan (like me). she is VERY healthy (knock on wood) and she is the size of a 3 year old (in a tall and perfectly proportioned weight way). she loves fruits and veggies because i love fruits and veggies. lots of parents eat crap and treat healthy food as a chore - this is not the way.
