It's best to drink the juice right away, but with a high-quality juicer, oxidation isn't too bad, and the juice will often last for a few days in a sealed container in the fridge.

The juicefeasting.com protocol involves making juices in the morning and then drinking them throughout the day. It's slightly less nutritious but often a lot more practical.
