No, it's based on the Law of Attraction and is much more then just thinking about who's hot.
There are PLENTY of Shakira's to go around. If you want one, do the exercise as well.

When do you want her to come to you? Focus on that as well. Really see her with you now. Also, it might take some time. Just like a flower takes time to bloom, it might take time for this woman to reach you. Don't conflict positive processes you have set in motion.

I am not asking you to sit there and daydream or to spend hours on end doing this. 1-2 minutes a day of concentrated effort. Also, after you do this, remember to go about your day as if this person is coming to you. If you sit there and focus on them but then two hours later are telling one of your friends how crappy your love life is, and how hard it is to meet a good man, it's going to be hard to be in the same frequency to attract them. I should have included that in my original writing.
