Ah, hadn't thought of meditation! I don't have much experience at it, but I could try it. What form of meditation would you suggest?

Sounds great, however that sounds like something I'd have to do at home and I'd prefer to find something so I don't have to drive home and can instead stay on campus (where my social and studying both take place).

Yeah, same here, it takes me a while to unwind after a social situation before I can go sleep.
