The speaking in front of a mirror part - i did that, but when i needed to develop my public speaking skills. Try filiming yourself - i would get shocked at how much more I sucked in the beginning than I thought I did. But you pick up and work on things that you can't notice from inside your head.
Keeep this one for later - the mirror and film - it is good advice. For now Jim's advice is more relavant as the first one. Be clear on what you feel.
