How to calm my mind down to study after a social situation?
When I have a social event where I end up talking with people, I afterward have a hard time calming my mind down so that I can do something like studying that same day.
So I tend to do my studying in the morning before any social interactions take place. I even best do my studying in the morning if I don't check on this forum at all until my morning studying is done so I don't have any of the messages from this forum cluttering in my mind. However, I'm finding myself needing at times to study, or do school work in the afternoon. I have a hard time to almost impossible time getting into the study-mental calmness state of mind doing that if I've had a significant social interactions during the day.
How can I calm my mind and get it into a study mental state after social situations?
