Default Polyphasic sleep day 3 - 71 hours

Yes, perhaps we're just different, it feels as if I'm already starting to adapt to the new schedule, I didn't have any sleep depression's as yet but then again I'm only 71 hours into the schedule.

It was the same when I did the 3 day water followed by a 7 day juice fast. For me it was very easy not eating anything for 10 days, I didn't even experience any of the negative effects, when I told others of how easy it was for me and the amount of weight I lost they started as well but all of them found it very difficult. It almost feels dumb in me updating the blogs as I don't have any real advice to give as I'm not experiencing the same negative effects as most people attempting polyphasic sleep.

Waking up is getting easier as well. I set my cellphone alarm to wake me up and then as a backup I set my wife's alarm clock as well only 3 minutes later.
So far I have woken using just my cellphone alarm which is not very loud at all. My wife does not even wake up when it goes off. I never added any extra naps and once I even woke 3 minutes before the alarm.

That brings me to another point, Steve mentioned that another big reason he stopped was because he did not slept with his wife (I recall he slept on the couch) and did not follow the same sleeping rituals as her. My wife and I go to bed at 22:00, luckily for me she does not wake up when my cellphone alarms goes off and then on some mornings when I get up after my 6am nap, she gets up with me.

Anyways, I feel well capable of doing my 8km run this morning and will post an update on how it went, not that I think it will be any different than before my polyphasic sleeping started.
