Tibetan Bells
For anyone who may be interested in meditation....
This cd contains the sounds of tibetan instruments that have been used by tibetan monks for meditation for thousands of years.
The sounds are said to be very pure and can put the listener into an altered state of consciousness.
There is also a common claim that its listeners were able to see auras and energy fields after listening frequently.

A week ago I decided to read the book, Super Memory Power, which I had already but never got to reading it. I decided to read and try out one of the techniques in the book that involved memorizing a long list of words.
I still remember the items right now,
Carpet, Paper, Bottle, Bed, Fish, Chair, Window, Telephone, Cigarette, Nail, Typewriter, Shoes, in that order.... I haven't had to go back to read the list again at all.
I only read part of the list, and haven't finished the book yet, but so far I feel the technique seems very effective as I can recall this list with ease in the right sequence at anytime even after a week .... I was rather surprised....

The other claims are increased health and acute awarness. These techniques are supposed to be a form qi gong which is somewhat different than the more common forms and kept secret by their masters for centuries.
Being curious, I actually have the book, but never went as far as to try the exercises, other than the breathing exercises, so I can't say whether you can actually do all that stuff it claims...............
