Thanks for the advice everyone! I hadn't thought about my attention and where I place my focus..., baby steps, negative affirmations, focusing on the mind, body, spirit, zenhabits or listening to someone 100% like that!
I'll respond more in detail in a couple of days...right now I have to study for midterms.
(sidenote:my school has a center that helps students with their academic skills. I think I'll go tomorrow so I can get an idea of how to improve that aspect of my life too
