I can't sit on the couch because my work requires heavy computing power, and a laptop isn't an option.
Some of our nations hardest workers and greatest thinkers, including Ben Franklin, and Thomas Edison both had standing podiums they worked at. I think Albert Einstein did this as well.
Does anyone have a certain type or brand of chair they recommend?
