Hi straysweeper,

I agree with what Daphne said. Just take small steps and change bit by bit. Maybe you have the urge to change everything quickly and do a major overhaul but too doing too much things at a same time can be overwhelming and thus leading to lower productivity. You can take juggling as an example, how do you feel when you juggle 2 balls, 3 balls, 6 balls, 9 balls, or til 18 balls
