I used to get overwhelmed trying to do everything at once. Just pick one area and work on that first. One thing at a time. Work on one thing for 30 days to make that a habit, then move on to the next.
Or designate different days for working on different areas eg Monday for finances, Tuesday for health, Wednesday for social life... you get the idea.
Basically give your mind a clear focus at any point in time. That's the only way it can function effectively.
