Default Blurring the Lines

I've been reading about time and life management, and they speak of creating areas of your life to measure and such. I myself am finding this difficult as I tend to bleed one over into the other. The interrelationship between them all. Like how finances effect emotions and diet, which then effects health. How do you draw the lines between categories, especially when every area of your life you want to change?

I'm wanting to do a life overhaul, but I keep being uncertain as where to begin. Which is frustrating.
