I was wondering how other people deal with that... when they feel not so strong..(Or do they? Once strong, always strong??) How do they overcome periods like that..?
Have you bought and read Steve's book?

I feel strong when I read it, like I'm connecting within something true and real.

You don't just want short-term alignment that you have to upkeep periodically. That's just tolerance of a nasty life situation, and a lack of alignment with truth, love, and power.

Instead, I recommend that you work on actually improving your life as a whole, instead of periodically filling your "tank" with entertainment and other such things that may temporarily increase your alignment and connection, but ultimately, do nothing to help improve the source of your lack of connection: your lack of alignment with love (your core; the qualities that matter to you as reflected in goals that inspire you), truth (an accurate, non-resisted model of both your internal and external reality), and power (the courage and resolve to take action strongly and boldly, instead of hanging back in fear, saying no to what you love).

Self-alignment, even in situations where you aren't doing very well, will give you all the connection you need. Self-alignment is synonymous to alignment with truth, love, and power.

You'll probably fail to make any decent improvements the first time you try this if it's your first try. That's just the nature of personal development and the success process. You have to build your personal development "muscles" before you can set out for the long journey towards what inspires you without having to head back to camp all the time to rest and recuperate. This is natural, and Steve's book will help you make the transition from "need to rest all the time" traveller to "fearless adventurer, champion of justice."
