Here are some more tips, Marth.
- As you practice staying awake longer as you drift off to sleep, each time you see a dream image, say to yourself, "This is a dream!" Wake yourself up a little and wait for the next dreamlike image, and say the same thing, "this a dream!" This can helps your subconcious to recognize a dream on it's own automatically when you're asleep.
- During the day, every hour, or every so often, ask yourself, "Is this a dream?" or state to yourself excitedly, "this is a dream!". This also does the same thing, except you're awake.
