I don't think you get it?Anxiety is not about attention grabbing. Hardly anyone I know, knows about how deep my anxiety goes, anyway I don't feel I need to justify myself on this. Anxiety is usually a trigger from something painful in the past.

I would never want you to feel sorry for me, I mainly tell someone about my anxiety (ie, psychologist) so I can get help. So I don't beat myself up over something that is really just trivial, but for some reason it has become psychological for me. Or I will come on here to talk it out, I can rationalize my thought patterns better this way.
