You know, it's not cheating if you know about it and are okay with it, and she knows you know about it.
Most relationships fall apart because of lack of communication; I'm surprised people haven't mentioned that more often. You're very clearly not talking to her. It's on your mind; it concerns her; talk to her.
Hell, stop being reactive, man. If you love her, tell her. And tell her first, so that she has that in her mind when you ask her what's going on.
